3. Number of scheduled loads which are NOT covered for today.

4. Number of full-time drivers who are permanently assigned and carried on active status by our terminal including loaders and hourly drivers. (Note: The sum of numbers 5 through 10 should total number 4).

5. Number of YOUR drivers at YOUR terminal who are assigned to scheduled loads or are in training for today.

6. Number of YOUR drivers available for work at your terminal who are NOT assigned to scheduled loads for today.

7. Number of YOUR assigned drivers on break who will be available for work within eight hours.

8. Number of YOUR drivers on approved leave (include the number of drivers who are not available for work because of sickness, vacation and other excused absences).

9. Number of YOUR assigned drivers who are out of hours.

10. Number or YOUR assigned drivers who are working at other terminal (include the number of YOUR assigned drivers who are enroute to or from other terminals).

11. Number of drivers from OTHER terminals who are currently working at your terminal.

12. Number of additional drivers needed at your terminal to cover scheduled loads.

13. Number of loads turned down (see details on turn down form).

14. Number of power units assigned to terminal. (Note: the sum of numbers 15 through 17 should total number 14).
